* You and the client refers to anyone receiving any artwork done by me, Rainbow000Pegasus.
 

General

○ I have the right to refuse a commission I am uncomfortable with.

○ No refunds unless I am unable to finish your drawing for any reason.

○ My art is not to be used for AI generation or turned into NFTs.

○ The client cannot claim the artwork as your own, or make alterations on either the WIPs or completed version such as colour tweaking, adding an accessory or removal of my signature. Cropping is allowed so long my signature is visible.

○ All commissions are for non-commercial use only. Inquire regarding commercial use, and note that commercial use commissions may cost extra.

○ There is no physical item as you are paying for a digital file.

○ You may not upload the image on sites, unless they are sites that host character images, such as Toyhou.se and Art Fight - ask for any other sites.

○ Uploaded artwork must be art specifically created for you and must credit me as the artist - check credits for links. Otherwise my artwork is not free to use.

○ Commissioned items will include my signature on it and may not be removed.

○ I retain rights to the artwork, and, unless requested otherwise, will be uploaded to my socials.

○ I may or may not limit the amount of characters on a singular prices, or charge more due to the number of characters in the same canvas.

Process and Payment

✧ Commissions work time vary with size and complexity, from three days up to a month.

✧ If you require a piece by a certain date, please let me know prior before the commission is accepted - there will be a rush fee depending on the scale of the piece and due date (up to 50% of the base price).

✧ Extra charge due to add-ons will be assessed according to each request and price may fluctuate.

✧ Payment is to be done upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% before lining.

✧ Payment sent before confirmation will be treated as a donation.

✧ Payment can be made via PayPal, Ko-Fi or local bank (TD). Inquire for other payment methods.

✧ I will send a sketch prior to lining and the sketch can be revised twice. Any further major revision will be $3 USD per revision.

✧ A flat coloured version will be sent to confirm colours and details, and minor changes can be requested up to three times, any more will be $3 USD per revision. Any major revision such as poses, outfit changes or expressions will be $5 USD.

✧ The final artwork is then presented only for very minor alterations. No changes to the lineart or colours of major elements will be done at this stage. Any alteration of such must be very minor, but may result in warped lines or colours.

✧ Once the commission is accepted by the client, it is then posted on my social media platforms unless requested otherwise.

✧ There is no refund if the client is unsatisfied with the commission piece, minor adjustments can be made but nothing major. There will also be no reimbursement artwork.

✧ If you wish to leave a tip, you may do so via Ko-Fi.

Credit Links

✧ When posting on toyhou.se, please credit my toyhou.se - Rainbow000Pegasus.

✧ When posting on Art Fight as a character reference, you may choose to credit me on deviantART, Instagram, Toyhou.se, or Art Fight.

✧ You are not allowed to upload it onto deviantART, Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter or ArtFol even if credit is given. Ask for other platforms.

✧ You are not allowed to use my works for commercial use unless discussed before hand, to submit or use for AI-art generation or to be used for NFTs.

✧ Using the artwork as an icon on any site is fine so long you do not claim credit for it.

✧ Please inquire if there are other usage / sites you are thinking of uploading it on.
